Don was awarded a Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002 for his active community involvement and was named 2005 Business Person of the Year by the Squamish Chamber of Commerce for his work with the West Coast Railway Heritage Park in that community (which was the site of the District 5040 Conference in 2018). Recently, he was awarded the Caring Canadian Award which was presented March 4, 2016 by the Governor General of Canada.
Don will speak to us about conflict resolution related to the effects of the many changes in the ways Rotary clubs must or may operate.
