Pricing & Registration – The district conference organizers established a range of registration options for Rotarians and other attendees. Online registration may be completed at the link below. Registration may be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), interact bank transfer or by cheque. Once registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent.
Pre-Registration Draw – those who entered the Pre-Registration draw may reduce their registration fee by $20 by clicking on the $20 pre-registration discount in the ‘optional add-on’ section of the online registration form. For a list of those who entered the draw, click here.
Early Bird – registration fees for the full conference are offered at a reduced rate for those who register before end of day, April 15, 2019. The late registration fee applies for registrations April 16, 2019 or later.
District Assembly, Thursday & Friday Evening Events – the registration fee is included in the full or daily registration categories. Otherwise, registration is available on a single event basis.
Registration Categories and Pricing (CDN $/ fees and taxes included)
- Full program (Rotarians, spouses & guests) – early bird $250, late $275. Includes all conference sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, and evening events including the Saturday evening gala. Does not include breakfasts.
- Friday Conference only – $125. Includes daily program, refreshment breaks, lunch and the Friday evening event. Does not include breakfast.
- Saturday Conference only (including Gala) – $200. Includes daily program, refreshment breaks, lunch and Saturday evening Gala. Does not include breakfast.
- Saturday Conference only (not including Gala) – $125
- Youth Exchange, Rotaract, Interact – $225. Includes Friday Night Event and Saturday Gala Dinner. Does not include breakfasts.
- District Assembly (Thursday afternoon) – Free for those registered for District Conference.
Single Event Registration (for those not registered in above categories):
- Friday off-site Tour (guests/ partners): day only – $25
- Thursday evening social – $25
- Friday evening social – $25
- Saturday Gala- $75
Refund Policy – Registration fees will be refunded provided the request is made at least 7 days prior to the District Conference (end of day April 26, 2019). 10% of the fees paid are withheld to cover administration costs.
